When we come to your house, expect us to do a thorough assessment of roof condition, chimneys, skylights and gutters. We do not just come to hand an estimate by just looking at your roof from the ground or a drone. Therefore we do charge for our roof assessment services a fee of $49.00+ HST, which will be reimbursed if you wish to hire us for any work required to complete or rectify any roofing issue.
Q2. How much does a roof repair cost?
Every leaky roof has its own challenges and roof repair cost can differ. Our minimum charge for a roof repair in Toronto starts at $499.00+HST for a walkable roof on a one story house. $599.00+HST for two story homes and $849.00+HST for three story houses. For an additional hours if repair turns into hourly rate we do apply $240/hr for one story, $320/hr for two story, and $440/hr for three story homes.
Q3. Do you provide warranties for a roof repair?
Yes, minimum 90 days workmanship warranty will be provided in writing once work completed and payment made for any roof repairs in Toronto
Q4. Do you offer any discounts?
Yes! We offer 5 % OFF discount to all our repeat customers, military personnel, teachers, police officers and to our lovely senior citizens living in Toronto.

We do accept different method of payments as listed below:

Was excited initially with the customer service as my email and call were answered quickly when i had a roof leak and needed an appointment for one of their staff to come look at the issue and then potentially provide a quote at a cost of $50.00. Appointment was set and the person showed on time did an inspection and provided insight on a potential fix to the issue and said they would get back to me by end of day with a quote. waited for 4 days and nothing so i emailed the person the appointment was made with and no response. Waited a few more days and nothing. Can understand if the job is not big enough for them to do but to just not respond and say that is extremely unprofessional especially since i did pay for the visit and quote. Disappointed and moving on.
So happy with the work - my skylight was leaking badly and Arthur came to quote and Albert came to do the physical work. I was very happy and Albert did an amazing job - very polite, his work is excellent and I am a very satisfied customer. He laid tarp down inside the house and cleaned up everything afterward. I chose them based on google reviews and am now posting my own review for others to do same.

In a broker from Toronto and many of my properties were facing the issue of rotten roof. Not sure if it was the weather or the material used earlier. Was excited initially with the customer service as my email and call were answered quickly when i had a roof leak and needed an appointment for one of their staff to come look at the issue and then potentially provide a quote at a cost of $50.00. Appointment was set and the person showed on time did an inspection and provided insight on a potential fix to the issue and said they would get back to me by end of day with a quote. waited for 4 days and nothing so i emailed the person the appointment was made with and no response. Waited a few more days and nothing. Can understand if the job is not big enough for them to do but to just not respond and say that is extremely unprofessional especially since i did pay for the visit and quote. Disappointed and moving on.
So happy with the work - my skylight was leaking badly and Arthur came to quote and Albert came to do the physical work. I was very happy and Albert did an amazing job - very polite, his work is excellent and I am a very satisfied customer. He laid tarp down inside the house and cleaned up everything afterward. I chose them based on google reviews and am now posting my own review for others to do same.

During the pandemic our skylight cracked and we were not really sure how it happened. My insurance company in Oakville is not offering the coverage so I had to get it fixed on my won. From the beginning to the end, the entire process of getting in touch with The Roof Whisperer till the completion of the roof replacement, everything went smoothly. Their lead inspector made us understood of all the requirement and gave us the estimate. At first, I was little dicey but once I saw them working, Man-they are something. This roof repair is such a pain, there was a leak in the roof and no one was able to fix it. I called around 3-4 repairer and finally it was, Mississauga The Roof Whisperer who could fix it for me. The entire process took a lot of time, but eventually I happy with their service and glad they could at least fix it for me. Good Job guys!!
